About Us

Swindon news, and the towns around it. Independent, source-attributed reporting from Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire towns. --- Swindon Now is a modern and independent local media platform for Swindon and Wiltshire . Every story is built on attributed sources, written as original reporting rather than copied, and checked for authenticity before it goes live. Where claims circulate locally, we verify them in our Fact Check /fact-check section. Where we get something wrong, we correct it openly on our Corrections /corrections page. Our aim is simple: a trustworthy, free, locally-focused news service that keeps Wiltshire and Swindon informed — built for the way people read today.
