A new One Stop convenience store is set to open in Chippenham this October, offering a range of groceries and fresh produce to the local community.
A new convenience store is set to open its doors in Chippenham within the coming weeks, providing a new shopping option for those living near the town centre.
One Stop has announced that it will officially launch its latest branch on Cocklebury Road on 2 October. The store is expected to serve as a hub for local residents, focusing on accessibility and the provision of daily essentials.
According to a company spokesperson, the new branch aims to integrate with the surrounding community by stocking a broad selection of goods. The inventory will include fresh and chilled produce, dairy, meat products, ready meals and dessert options, alongside well-known national brands. The shop will also feature a lunchtime meal deal range, consisting of sandwiches, snacks and soft drinks, aimed at those looking for convenient food options throughout the day.
This opening represents the company's second recent development in the area. In June, a separate One Stop branch and its integrated Post Office at 28-29 Market Place underwent management changes, further expanding the brand's footprint within the town. The arrival of the Cocklebury Road site is part of the company's broader strategy to position stores within local residential areas to provide easier access to grocery items.
