By Swindon Now Editorial Team · Published

Author Jeff Kinney is visiting The Hexagon this November for an interactive stage show celebrating the release of his latest book.
Fans of the popular Diary of a Wimpy Kid series will have the chance to see author Jeff Kinney in person when he brings his new stage show to Reading later this year. The event, titled Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Fight or Flight Show, is scheduled to take place at The Hexagon on Wednesday, November 11.
The show is designed to celebrate the release of Mr Kinney’s latest book and promises an evening of storytelling and audience interaction. Organisers have described the performance as a high-energy production, featuring a series of head-to-head challenges that will invite some audience members to participate directly on stage.
Those planning to attend should note that the event is focused on the performance itself, and there will be no separate meet-and-greet opportunities with the author. However, attendees can purchase pre-signed copies of the new book, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Fight or Flight, at the time of booking. These copies will be available for collection at the venue on the night.
Tickets are priced at £21.50 for a standard entry which includes a copy of the book. For families or groups, additional tickets can be purchased for £9.50 each, with a limit of up to four additional tickets available per primary package. Given the nature of the event and its focus on family entertainment, early booking is recommended for those hoping to secure a spot at the venue.
