The women's activewear brand is set to launch its latest branch at the Swindon Designer Outlet, featuring opening-day giveaways and a community yoga class.
Women's activewear brand Sweaty Betty is set to expand its presence in Wiltshire with the opening of a new store at the Designer Outlet Swindon this weekend. The shop, located within the Frasers Plus destination, will welcome its first customers on Saturday, October 17.
To mark the opening, the brand has announced a series of incentives for visitors. The first 50 customers to visit the store will receive a goody bag, and all shoppers on the day will be entered into an opportunity to win the contents of their shopping basket. In-store activities will also include complimentary refreshments and a monogramming service.
The store, which specialises in technical gym, running and studio apparel, joins an existing line-up of over 60 retailers at the outlet. Andrea Gray, VP Global Stores, Wholesale and 3P at Sweaty Betty, stated that the company aims to foster a space that reflects the community and energy of the brand.
Following the launch, the outlet will host a free community yoga class on Saturday, October 24. Designed to engage local wellbeing enthusiasts, the session will offer participants the chance to explore the brand's studio collection. As spaces for the yoga event are limited, those wishing to attend are required to book in advance by emailing designeroutletswindonpr@bwpgroup.com.
Sean Castle, centre manager at the Designer Outlet, welcomed the arrival of the brand, noting that it provides a distinct offering for shoppers looking for fitness and lifestyle products. The addition follows a period of growth at the site, which recently introduced food outlets such as Chopstix and SpudBros to its facilities.
