A major water leak has caused flooding at a busy Swindon roundabout, leading to lane closures for motorists in the Greenbridge area.

Drivers travelling through Greenbridge are being urged to exercise caution and allow extra time for their journeys this morning following reports of a major water leak.

The issue has affected a busy roundabout near the local Lidl supermarket, with water spilling onto the carriageway. The leak has resulted in the left-hand lane being flooded, which is currently restricting traffic flow in the immediate vicinity.

Motorists are advised to approach the roundabout with care as they navigate the affected lane and consider alternative routes if they are planning to travel through the area during peak periods. It is currently unclear how long repairs will take to clear the standing water and restore full access to the junction.
